Full Terms and Conditions for the Redemption of the Discount Voucher for New Customers (further only: "the Discount Voucher")
Only new customers of Dan’s Cleaning and Maintenance Services’ (further only “Dan’s” or "Dan"), who live or have a property in Gloucester, and respond to this Discount Voucher via text or phone, quoting the Discount Voucher's time restricted code, may benefit of the above Discount Voucher. The Discount Voucher's time restricted code expires by the end of the day following the Discount Voucher dropping through the letterbox.
The Beneficiary of the Discount Voucher (further only: “the Beneficiary”) benefiting of this Discount Voucher is subject to the reaching and continuous exercising of agreement between Dan and the Beneficiary about the regular Window and/or Conservatory Cleaning of the Beneficiary’s property.
The Beneficiary of the Discount Voucher (further only: “the Beneficiary”) can benefit of the Discount Voucher only in connection with the second Window and/or Conservatory clean of the Beneficiary’s one property only.
The Discount Voucher cannot be redeemed against Dan's first clean of the Beneficiary's property, and the price of the first clean may be higher than that one of a regular, non-discounted maintenance clean. Only the second clean is redeemable, and only so if its scope is the same as that one of the first clean.
To benefit of this Discount Voucher, the Beneficiary must agree with and adhere to having their windows and/or conservatory cleaned every 8 weeks at least . The full payment for each Window and/or Conservatory Cleaning visit must take place within two weeks following the respective visit.
The Discount Voucher only applies to the fees for Window and/or Conservatory Cleaning, not to the fees for any other services of Dan.
No other discounts or promotional offers of Dan for his new customers are available to those who choose to benefit of this Discount Voucher.
Any current or former customers of Dan are strictly excluded from the benefiting of this Discount Voucher.
The Discount Voucher as such constitutes no legally binding duty, obligation, responsibility or debt of Dan towards anyone.
